“One Spring, my husband and I spent 6 weeks traveling around in our Ford SUV with our large German Shepherd. We spent some time in Yosemite and stopped at the main park lodge for lunch. The is a bar on the lower level that had some old interesting fixtures and décor including a number of copper trimmed tables and oak chairs. I was intrigued with the way the light bounced off the copper and the floor and lit up the underside of the table. Since most of my artwork centers on table top scenes this view really caught my attention since it was a very different perspective.”
