Washing a Fork
When we were remodeling our 1930 Bungalow in Laguna Beach, we broke the work up into 2 phases. The front half and then the back half. The kitchen was in the front half of the house, so when it was being remodeled we lived in the back half. We had a makeshift kitchen with a hot plate on a stool and the bathroom sink to wash all of the dishes and silverware. This image was created based on that experience. It has always been a favorite of mine since it was a subject different from my normal work focus. And it captures the memory of a time that was chaotic, but an adventure nonetheless.
