While in Scottsdale on a trip to visit Bonner David Galleries, my husband and I stayed at the Valley Ho hotel in Scottsdale. A mid-century masterpiece of a hotel that was recently refurbished. The rooms and room service were wonderful. The hotel’s great design choices went all the way into the coffee carafes and cups for room service. On this particular trip we got a red carafe for our coffee. It was made of Lucite, and I particularly enjoyed the depth of the color of the red created by the semi transparent aspect of it.
